Message	You drill the hole, and thread a long bolt into the female anchor. You then drive the anchor down into the concrete (have to measure the depth) and then unthread the bolt - the anchor stays in the concrete. I would say proper anchor set is probably the most critical element to the lift's safety, along side keeping the posts square with eachother
